I recently had the pleasure of being interviewed by Fiona Scott about how the The CFO Centre Group Limited came about — from joining Colin Mills who was seeking freedom from corporate life and came up with the original idea, to forming a small group of senior finance professionals who all shared the vision for a different way of living and working, to a global organisation today… it’s been quite the journey!

If you’re a portfolio or fractional CFO, what’s your favourite thing about working in this way?

For me, having autonomy and flexibility over my schedule allows me to be the best and most valuable version of myself for my clients, by having time for my non-negotiables—like riding my horse three times a week and spending quality time with my family.
