Strategy and Leadership as Service Framework

This framework shows what is needed to build and sustain long term relationships between businesses and their C-suite professionals working in the access economy.

Given that these relationships are not following the traditional employment model there must be something else holding them together for the long term. I put forward that it is the presence of Psychological Ownership i.e. creating the feelings that these C-suite professionals belong to the organisations they work with, that makes this possible.

To create Psychological Ownership we need the Roots (the conditions) and the Routes (how to do it).

This framework shares what it takes to create these Roots and Routes, plus the wider Relationships and Roadmap to develop the access economy industry for the C-suite.
