Today … is Publication Day!

Wow!

After 4 years of research, work, and writing, along with 19 years helping to develop the Liberti Group business model, my book “Strategy and Leadership as Service: How the Access Economy Meets the C-Suite” is released today!

And I’m thrilled!

In my book I call for a reset in the way we work with our C-suite, something which hasn’t been looked at since it came into being in the 1980s. The needs of our top executives and their organisations are changing and our approach to working at this level needs to change too.

Our C-suite talent and business leaders deserve better.

Strategy and Leadership as Service challenges the traditional full-time employment model

It delivers functional, emotional, and collective intelligence to organisations on-demand and adopts a flexible, agile, team-based approach to accessing fractional C-level talent rather than employing it.

It is dedicated to business leaders and C-suite professionals who want to change their lives by engaging with this new part-time portfolio way of working, and not only explains why this access economy model works but importantly how to put it into practice.

Freedom in work is The Future of Work.

I am so grateful to Rebecca Marsh and the Routledge Taylor & Francis Group teams for backing me to write about this ground-breaking approach and for their excellent support and guidance throughout.

I want to acknowledge all the remarkable business leaders, C-suite professionals, and my colleagues at Liberti Group (past and present) who have taken the leap to engage with Strategy and Leadership as Service and of course, Colin Mills and Julie Mills, the founders of the business.

It is available to buy TODAY from all good bookstores including Amazon - get your copy here.
